EuroParcs will realise the first 47 holiday homes in EuroParcs Biggesee in 2024. These will be 4-, 6- and 8-bed accommodations that stand out for their sustainability. A large part of the central car park will have a roof with solar panels that will supply the holiday homes with a significant amount of green electricity.
Here we give an overview of the most important financial advantages of the properties in the Sauerland:
EuroParcs guarantees a return of 5% p.a. on the net price of the chalet excluding furniture and VAT over a period of three years.
Land transfer tax does not apply due to long-term land lease; paid VAT from cost invoices, e.g. for maintenance, cleaning, marketing, etc. is also refundable.
As a holiday property owner at EuroParcs Biggesee, you can relax for six weeks a year yourself and secure your desired stay earlier - two weeks before the booking is available for paying guests. In addition, you can earn attractive returns on your holiday home through rentals
Buyers do not have to invest any time: EuroParcs maintains and cares for properties and gardens as well as the entire park area and takes over the rental management (all-round service)
Inflation protection of the money invested in tangible assets
the properties are particularly suitable for security-oriented buyers due to guaranteed returns
Good planning of costs due to balancing pool concept
properties have been increasing in value for years, as the demand for holiday homes continues to rise
Holiday homes are an attractive building block in one's own diversified investment portfolio
The EuroParcs Biggesee will be built in three phases. The first phase will start in 2023.
In the yellow area 1, 42 houses for four to eight people are being built near the beach as the first phase. The living areas are close to the picturesque sandy bay and, depending on their location, offer a unique panoramic view of Lake Bigge. So anyone who wants to buy a house with a lake view should purchase a property from this first construction phase. The sale of the properties has started in February 2023.
The blue area 2 shows an area further away from the lake, where a further 106 holiday homes of various sizes will be built a little later. In addition, there will be 70 pitches for caravans and tents. In the blue area, new sanitary facilities will also be built on the campsite. In this construction phase, the infrastructure of the park will be complemented by a restaurant with indoor and outdoor catering, a supermarket, a bicycle repair shop and an indoor and outdoor playground.
The final construction phase will take place in the green area 3. Here, about 120 more modern holiday homes of different sizes will be built, creating a spacious holiday area with gardens and tree-lined areas.
Already at the beginning of all construction phases, the holiday park will have a reception so that guests will be personally looked after during their stay. EuroParcs Biggesee will offer a wide range of sports, play and leisure facilities
