EuroParcs has more than 40 years of experience in the professional management of vacation parks. The company quickly had a clear goal: the vacation parks should offer their guests a wonderful vacation. The owners of the vacation homes should also benefit as much as possible from the parks.
The concept has been popular for many years - and this has allowed the initially small company to grow: over 1,300 people now work for EuroParcs. The company now operates vacation parks at over 50 locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and, more recently, Germany. The head office of the Dutch company is located in Amersfoort. Activities within Germany are coordinated from the Düsseldorf office.
The most important goal of EuroParcs is good service. The company wants to make buying a home and renting it out to guests as convenient as possible for property owners. The experts at EuroParcs are available to vacation home owners not only before and during the purchase of a home, but also at any time after the purchase. Questions about a purchased property or vacation park are always welcome.
Investors should also benefit from their purchase without having to invest a lot of time themselves. As a reliable partner for property owners, EuroParcs takes on almost all work relating to the property. This includes maintenance and repair work on the properties, garden care, house cleaning after vacation guests' visits, rental management and much more.
EuroParcs employees do everything they can to make property owners feel at home. Over 40 years of experience have helped the company to build up structures that are perfectly tailored to the needs of property owners.
The second, equally important focus is on comfort for vacation guests. EuroParcs wants to make a stay in the vacation parks a unique and enjoyable vacation experience for everyone - for families, couples and older people. To achieve this, the company develops a special concept for each vacation park, which includes a high level of living comfort, plenty of nature and relaxation as well as a wide range of exciting leisure activities. Of course, these differ from park to park, as each holiday park from EuroParcs is unique.
The company has been very successful in achieving its goals for decades. The large number of satisfied customers has ensured that the company has been able to grow and expand from the Netherlands into other countries. Buying a home at EuroParcs makes it possible to combine relaxation and return on investment.
Another important vision that EuroParcs is pursuing is that of a sustainable vacation park. The company buys up existing parks and converts them to make them more environmentally friendly. To this end, EuroParcs' park concepts use modern innovations such as energy-saving technologies, solar panels and heat pumps.
Purchased parks are equipped with photovoltaic systems, for example, which are used to supply the park with green electricity. When building new parks, EuroParcs took care to integrate the accommodation into the natural surroundings in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
Wherever possible, the vacation homes are made from natural materials or durable materials. Acting and thinking sustainably is one of the goals of the employees. They are constantly trying to reduce the vacation parks' CO2 footprint.
