200 prospective buyers visited the EuroParcs event at Biggesee
Around 70 percent of the vacation homes sold after the event
Visitors impressed by the quality and furnishings of the vacation homes
Attendorn, October 11, 2023 - Around 200 prospective buyers visited EuroParcs Biggesee as part of an information event from October 6 to 8. They accepted the invitation from EuroParcs Germany to take a look at the vacation homes and receive individual advice on investment opportunities. Two show homes in the first construction phase of the park were open for viewing during the event.
"The event at Biggesee was a great success for us in more ways than one! Not only were we able to convince visitors of the quality and features of our vacation homes, but we were also able to drive sales of the homes in the first construction phase. After the weekend, around 70 percent of the vacation homes have now been sold," says Stefan Thurau, Managing Director of EuroParcs Biggesee.
The first construction phase with 47 houses is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024, so that guests will be able to spend their vacation at EuroParcs Biggesee from April 2024. Currently, 30 percent of the vacation homes are still available for sale. Interested buyers are welcome to make an appointment for further information.
