Düsseldorf: EuroParcs Germany moves into new premises in Düsseldorf and opens first Experience Centre
EuroParcs Germany moved into its new headquarters in the Gehry buildings in Düsseldorf on August 1, 2023.
Opening of the first EuroParcs Experience Centre: Interactive 360° images allow visitors to immerse themselves in the world of vacation park planning.
New building impresses with open space concept, modern facilities and sustainable features from EuroParcs Living.
Düsseldorf, Aug. 10, 2023 - On Aug. 1, 2023, EuroParcs Deutschland began a new chapter on the other side of the Rhine: the company moved into its new German headquarters in the Gehry buildings in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen. The spectacular building complex will not only house the new offices of the EuroParcs Deutschland team in the future. On Aug. 18, the Dutch company will open its first Experience Centre, where it will bring its vision of innovative vacation concepts to life for visitors and potential investors.
In addition to the classic offices, the new four walls also include a large meeting room and the Experience Center with Sales Area and Open Area, where visitors can immerse themselves in the design world of EuroParcs. The design of the office space is strongly based on the interior of the vacation properties in the vacation parks of the Dutch family business and thus brings the atmosphere of the EuroParcs properties to life. The new premises and the Experience Center were designed by EuroParcs Living, a subsidiary of the Dutch EuroParcs Group, which is also responsible for furnishing the numerous vacation properties.
Experience Center: A 360° EuroParcs experience
With the opening of the first Experience Center, EuroParcs is breaking new ground in tourism and the real estate business, adapting to the needs of its target groups. Interested visitors and investors can take a virtual tour of the EuroParcs vacation parks and individual vacation properties with the help of interactive 360° images and thus immerse themselves in the design worlds.
The Experience Center offers potential investors unparalleled on-site advice from sales experts to find the right investment opportunity for them. The Experience Center is open daily. Consultation appointments can be booked in advance via the website.
EuroParcs in Germany: The office grows with you
With its market entry in Germany in 2021, the Dutch family business is also paving the way for a completely new vacation concept in this country: the vacation park stay. By moving into the Gehry buildings, EuroParcs aims to further advance its ambitious growth targets in Germany. The focus remains on personal customer contact with potential investors and guests.
