Increase in tourism makes investment in holiday homes more interesting
According to the Netherlands Bureau for Tourism & Conventions (NBTC), the number of foreign tourists and business travelers will increase by 30 percent to a total of 21 million this year. If you add to this the 29 million Dutch vacation trips within their own country, it is fair to conclude that the demand for vacation accommodation is increasing. Even more growth expected in tourism
The NBTC attributes the growth primarily to the Netherlands' eastern neighbors: 7 million Germans are expected to visit the Netherlands this year. That is more than ever before and around 13% more than in the previous corona year 2019.
More tourists are also expected from the UK, as the British have long suffered from entry and exit restrictions. In addition, travel restrictions in China were only lifted at the beginning of 2023, meaning that a (sharp) increase in tourist numbers is also expected from this side.

If you are interested in buying a holiday home from EuroParcs, we would like to invite you to a consultation with our customer advisors. During this initial exchange, we will answer your questions and present your options.
Subsequently, further steps will take place, for example a site inspection. Only when everything has been thoroughly discussed will the purchase contract be drawn up and the subsequent steps be initiated:
You have signed the purchase contract, in which you will also find the terms of payment. From now on, the staff of the Aftersales Department are your permanent contact persons.
Depending on whether you have decided on a holiday home in an existing park or in a newly planned park, either the existing plot is now prepared or a new one is developed.
Work on the shell of the holiday home is taking place.
Windows and doors are being installed and the roof is being covered. Your holiday home is now ready for transport.
The holiday home is placed on your plot and fitted with carpets and interior doors and painted.
The garden has been laid out, the holiday home is connected to the utilities and the furniture is set up.
The big day has finally arrived: You receive the keys to your own holiday home.
