EuroParcs kicks off 2023 in terms of project development with a first: we are going to build our first park in Germany! Near the historic town of Attendorn in the Sauerland region, a campsite on the Biggesee is being transformed into EuroParcs Biggesee.
Initially (phase 1), 47 plots will be developed. These are 4-, 6- and 8-bed accommodations that will be terraced so that each vacation home stands out even more. What also stands out is the investor perspective: Buyers receive a fixed guaranteed return of 5% p.a. on the net price of the vacation home excluding furniture and VAT for a period of 3 years.
This net price includes: excluding furniture costs and VAT. This EuroParcs gesture means that you will receive a 5% return p.a. within the first 3 years! If the occupancy rate is higher, you will receive a higher percentage of rental income proportional to the occupancy rate minus the costs EuroParcs has to incur for the operation and marketing of EuroParcs Biggesee.
The project is also an eye-catcher in terms of sustainability: there are heat pumps for heating and cooling, the electricity for the accommodation comes largely from the parking lot covered with solar panels, and there is living space ventilation with energy-efficient heat recovery.
EuroParcs Biggesee is located in the southeast of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, in the south of the Sauerland in the Ebbegebirge natural park. The location where the vacation park rises resembles a bay. That special sight and its sheltered location are important reasons that the Biggesee itself is popular with water sports enthusiasts, water recreationists and fishermen, and its surroundings with cyclists and hikers.
