How does buying a holiday home work?

You can choose from several hundred holiday properties in over 56 holiday parks in Benelux, Germany and Austria. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to buy a holiday home at EuroParcs.
1. Inform
On our website you can get an overview of our houses and holiday parks and request further information material. Of course, you can also contact our real estate experts directly. Our advisors will be happy to inform you about your options.
2. The personal consultation
You have found a holiday home and would like to receive more information? Simply make a personal consultation appointment by calling 088 - 070 8000 or sending an email to verkoop@europarcs.nl.
You also have the option of making an appointment directly on site at the holiday park of your choice and getting a first impression of the park. Our advisors will meet you on site to advise you personally and answer any questions you may have.
3. The holiday home purchase
You have decided to buy a holiday home in one of our holiday parks? Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of a EuroParcs holiday home. As soon as the purchase contract has been signed, the contracts are sent to the Aftersales Department for administrative processing.
Immediately after receipt of your documents, you will receive a welcome email from your Aftersales representative. Just as with other properties, a notary is involved in this purchase process. He checks all public registers and enters your name in the land register.

4. Garden and interior design
If the holiday home you have purchased is a new build, the first step is to prepare the land. Connections are made and the foundations are prepared. Once your newly built holiday home has been placed on the plot and connected, the garden will be landscaped by EuroParcs.
In addition, in many cases you can choose from three different luxurious furnishing packages for your new holiday home, depending on the region of the park. Once you have chosen your style, our professionals will fit out your holiday home with the desired inventory. Your holiday home will be fully furnished and ready for you to use or rent out.
5. Payment
In the purchase contract that you have signed together with your sales advisor, the terms of payment are described in detail. These may vary depending on the type of use of the property. If you have any questions about this, you can ask your contact person from the Aftersales Department.
6. Handover
During the personal handover, we look at your house together from the inside and outside to see if everything has been carried out as agreed. If you still have any questions at this point, we are happy to help!
After the handover, the aftersales department forwards your file to the owner's department, which is your permanent contact from now on.
7. Congratulations on your holiday home
When you choose a holiday home from EuroParcs, you automatically benefit from our all-round carefree package. This means that you don't have to worry about anything else except enjoying your holiday in your holiday home. EuroParcs takes care of promoting your holiday property, renting it out and maintaining it.
