If you buy a vacation home that is not in a vacation park with competent management, you need to invest time in your property. Maintenance and repairs, tenant recruitment, room cleaning and gardening may be required.

We have more than 40 years of experience in vacation home management and can support you in almost all areas. When you buy a vacation home from us, you can enjoy all the benefits of your chalet without investing precious time.

Repairs and maintenance of your property


Is the tap dripping or the dishwasher broken? No problem. As a reliable partner, EuroParcs will take care of this work for you as a property owner. This includes regular and legally required maintenance and repair work. In homes with a focus on wellness or ecological construction, EuroParcs carries out additional maintenance work.

EuroParcs also maintains and repairs general park facilities such as swimming pools, children's playgrounds etc. EuroParcs also takes responsibility for damage caused by tenants in your holiday home and repairs it.

Room cleaning


Anyone who rents out all or most of their holiday home and entrusts EuroParcs with the rental management does not have to worry about room cleaning. EuroParcs employees ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each guest check-out. The costs for this are included in the holiday guest's booking price. Our staff will also check your holiday chalet for any damage caused by guests and have it repaired.

Owners who wish to use their holiday home themselves can also book room cleaning. This service is optional for them. If you wish, you can also clean your holiday home yourself after your holiday.

Gardening


During your holiday, you can devote yourself entirely to pleasure and relaxation - and enjoy a beautiful garden at the same time. EuroParcs looks after your garden as well as the green areas, trees and flowers throughout the holiday park grounds. A well-kept appearance of the holiday park is important for guests to feel at home - and we know that. Management and maintenance of all park facilities


EuroParcs holiday parks offer a very high level of comfort on site thanks to their wide range of facilities. Depending on the individual case, a park may have a wellness area, swimming pools, restaurants, cafés and/or snack bars, indoor and outdoor playgrounds and often a small supermarket. All guests are welcomed at the reception and assisted with any questions.

The EuroParcs company takes care of the maintenance and administration of all these facilities. The administrative work also includes observing and monitoring legal safety regulations. For example, the park management keeps a record of who is on the park grounds in order to prevent possible crime.

Rental management


EuroParcs takes over the rental management for property owners and ensures optimum utilisation of the holiday properties. This means that property owners do not have to worry about acquiring holiday rental guests themselves. Thanks to the holiday park operator's many years of experience with lettings, owners who rent out their holiday house have a secure income.

The service package also includes cleaning the property after holidaymakers have left, as well as welcoming and looking after the guests on site. So you can earn money with your holiday home without having to invest time!

Looking after holiday guests


Our core business is to create oases of well-being. Our more than 250,000 bookings per year, with a strong upward trend, show that we can do this. Guests book a second and third holiday with EuroParcs.

We offer a bread roll service, children's entertainment, massages or water sports courses in some parks and reception staff who are always ready to listen. You will be pampered on holiday here - and so will your tenants, should you opt for an investment model with no or partial owner occupancy.

Fulfilment of sustainability criteria

We offer many particularly sustainably built holiday home models for sale. Our range includes chalets with green roofs and heat pumps, for example. Many properties have been built using sustainable materials such as certified wood. If you decide in favour of a sustainable property, for example with a heat pump, EuroParcs will of course maintain this facility.

But the parks themselves should also be sustainable. The company buys existing parks and refurbishes them to make them more environmentally friendly. To this end, EuroParcs' park concepts utilise modern innovations such as energy-saving technologies and solar panels.

Purchased parks are equipped with photovoltaic systems, for example, which are used to supply the park with green electricity. When building new parks, EuroParcs also takes care to integrate the accommodation into the natural environment in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

Acting and thinking sustainably is one of the goals of the employees. They are constantly trying to reduce the CO2 footprint of the holiday parks. Many EuroParcs holiday parks have already been awarded the Green Key, a sustainability label in the tourism and leisure sector.

In order to be satisfied with your holiday home in the long term, it is essential to choose the right location. Interested parties should therefore familiarise themselves with the immediate surroundings and the region in which the property is located before buying. At EuroParcs, non-binding on-site viewings are possible at any time. Simply arrange a free consultation with one of our property experts. Together you can take a look at your dream property and the holiday park.
