As the park name suggests, EuroParcs Texel is located on the Wadden island of Texel. The holiday park is close to De Koog, a village with a bustling centre full of restaurants, bars and other entertainment venues. If you want an even wider range of shops and restaurants: Texel's largest village, Den Burg, is less than a ten-minute drive from EuroParcs De Koog.

The village of Oudeschild is the place for seal excursions: boat trips towards Vlieland or De Razende Bol, where seals sunbathe on the sandbanks. Those who want to be sure to see the seals up close should go to Ecomare, the seal sanctuary, just a few minutes away from EuroParcs Texel.
