Holiday park EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand is located in historic Enkhuizen and, as the name suggests, on the IJsselmeer and beach. An entirely new project is going to breathe new life into this holiday park. The holiday park is divided into three zones, each with a completely different atmosphere. There will be a Forest Zone, Water Zone and Beach Zone. The total of 154 holiday homes that we will realise will enrich the appearance and design of the region. Of these 154 homes, 32 will be built on the beach, 44 by the inland water and 78 in the forest. EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand thus offers the best of three worlds.

Holiday park EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand: New project at the IJsselmeer
The expansion of EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand includes the construction of 154 new holiday homes as well as the development of surrounding public parks. The Mauerpark, the holiday park, the shore park, the coastal arch and the new centre building are all eyecatchers.

EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand is located directly on the IJsselmeer, offering guests both fantastic views of the lake and numerous opportunities to be active on the water.
Here you can learn to surf and kitesurf, try out stand-up paddling or simply relax on the beach and take a dip in the cool water.
The town of Enkhuizen is within easy walking and cycling distance of the holiday park and boasts a beautiful 17th century old town. Here you can see old buildings and defences, visit museums and take a leisurely stroll through the streets.
The medieval Radboud Castle and the towns of Medemblik, Hoorn and Alkmaar are also nearby. The latter is famous for its cheese market and typical Dutch houses and canals.
Other excursion destinations in the area include the Radboud city brewery, the climbing forest in Bovenkarspel, the Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet in Lelystad and the horse race in Enkhuizen, which takes place every year in September.
